The 27-line conjecture for smooth tropical cubic surfaces

A smooth tropical cubic surface is a smooth tropical surface of degree 33. The 27-line conjecture. A general smooth tropical cubic surface contains exactly 2727 tropical lines. This is the tropical analogue of the classical assertion for smooth algebraic cubic surfaces; the source subsequently verifies the conjecture for tropical cubics associated to one specific subdivision, while the general case is left open.
