Sharp-threshold conjecture. Assuming UGC, $\frac{8\pi}{9}\left(1-\frac{1}{k}\right)$ is the sharp approximability threshold for $\mathrm{\bf Clust}(A|I_k)$ for every $k\ge 3$.
