Agapov's conjecture. Exact magnetic flows on the two-torus that admit a first integral on all energy levels must be of the particular type described in Example 1 of Agapov's work.

Conjecture (Z). If $(g,\lambda f)$ is Zoll for every $\lambda>0$, then $g$ has constant curvature and $f$ is constant.
